Toy Fish Bottle

This fish bottle traveled all over the country in the hands of a young girl and her family. After being given to Alethea Fluke Coffin by her father when she was very young, her beloved fish bottle traveled with her until she passed it down to her grandson at age 86. Alethea and her husband Vestal Coffin’s families were incredibly influential in their work with the Underground Railroad and are still considered to be some of the most successful conductors in the railroad's history.
